The User will not hold nor seek to hold EDPL or any of its officers, directors, employees, agents, subsidiaries, partners, affiliates, or business associates liable for any losses, cost, or damage incurred by the User consequent upon relying on investment information, research opinions or advice or any other material/information whatsoever on the web site, literature, brochure issued by EDPL or any other agency authorized/appointed by CASPay (ETAHLIANS DIGITECH PRIVATE LIMITED). The User should seek independent professional advice regarding the suitability of any investment decisions. The User also acknowledges that employees of CASPay (ETAHLIANS DIGITECH PRIVATE LIMITED) are not authorized to give any such advice and that the User will not solicit or rely upon any such advice from CASPay (ETAHLIANS DIGITECH PRIVATE LIMITED) or any of its employees and Our Distributer and Retailer.

Details of the User:

The Super Distributer/Distributer/User/Retailer further agrees to & acknowledges that any documents/information including his name, address, contact details, and specimen signature may be obtained by a third- party on the EDPL website directly from the User. You understand that CASPay (ETAHLIANS DIGITECH PRIVATE LIMITED) may at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice to you, prohibit or restrict your access to this Website/Application or related services or may discontinue or change, at any time, any of the services available through this caspay.co.in.

The User authorizes third-party companies to rely on such documents/information including the User’s specimen signature obtained from such third-party source without counter checking/validating the same with the User and the User shall be deemed to have acknowledged the validity/accuracy of the same.

The User is aware of all security risks including possible third-party interception of his/her account and the content of his/her account becoming known to third parties. You agree to pay all fees and charges which are specified for availing any fee based Services. Unless otherwise noted, all currency references are in Indian Rupees.

All taxes, levies, cesses or statutory claim for the charge or fee paid to CASPay (ETAHLIANS DIGITECH PRIVATE LIMITED) shall be borne and paid by you, whether past, present or future, including penalties or claims of any nature whatsoever.

Refund of amount loaded/reloaded in User Account, as the case may be, will be done in accordance with regulatory framework prevailing and as amended from time to time

CASPay (ETAHLIANS DIGITECH PRIVATE LIMITED) shall not be liable/ responsible for any defect in the product/ merchandise/ goods/services purchased/availed from third parties through Wallet.

You understand and agree that password and other information with respect to your User Account are confidential information

User agrees to immediately change the password on receipt and to continue changing the password periodically (recommended every 30 days).

User (Retailer/Distributer/You) agree that CASPay (ETAHLIANS DIGITECH PRIVATE LIMITED) (caspay.co.in) shall not be responsible if you share your password and other confidential information about Your User Account with any person or fail to abide by the advice given in these Terms about changing password periodically.

User understand and agree that Your User Account is linked to your registered mobile number

You agree and acknowledge that CASPay (ETAHLIANS DIGITECH PRIVATE LIMITED) (caspay.co.in) shall not be responsible for any use/misuse of User Account in any manner whatsoever.

CASPay (ETAHLIANS DIGITECH PRIVATE LIMITED) may amend the procedure and process of creation and operation of User Account in compliance with any laws or direction/order of any government/ statutory/regulatory authority and/or court, with or without intimation to the Use

As of now CASPay (ETAHLIANS DIGITECH PRIVATE LIMITED) is providing Services in the Territory only, therefore only individuals of 18 years or older and residing in India may enroll for the Services. CASPay (ETAHLIANS DIGITECH PRIVATE LIMITED) reserves the right to prevent access to the Website and the Services there under from mobile number or IP addresses outside of India

User agrees and undertake that You shall not use or create fake ID or provide any fake/false profile information for availing the Services through the caspay.co.in

Users (Retailer/Distributer) are solely responsible for your device and the internet services that connect your said device to the Website.
