Refund Policy

Merchant initiated refund – Refund can be initiated by the merchant in the following scenarios:
- Mismatch in transaction status between Payment Gateway and merchant wherein transaction is failed state at merchant’s end but is successful at Bank/Payment Gateway end.
- All sales of service are final and there will be no refund or exchange permitted. Please be advised that You are responsible for the Recharge for and all charges that result from those purchases.
Definitions
- For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
- “Company” (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to CASPay (ETAHLIANS DIGITECH PRIVATE LIMITED)
- “Orders” mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- “Service” refers to the Website and Mobile App.
- “Website” refers to www.caspay.co.in (EDPL)
- “User” means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
- A transaction that fails for a reason that it is directly attributable to CASPay (ETAHLIANS DIGITECH PRIVATE LIMITED), and for which the user receives a corresponding confirmation from the associated payment gateway will be refunded automatically back to the account of the user in a time period of 7 to 30 working days,
- From the date on which the original transaction has taken place. A confirmation email will also be sent to the email ID of the user registered with us. Please note that the amount pertaining to the applicable taxes and the payment gateway charges will not be refunded.
- Refund are reversal transactions wherein complete or partial money is moved back to customer’s source account (account from which actual payment was made). A refund can only be created for a successful or settled transaction.
- Please note that in all cases, the liability of CASPay (ETAHLIANS DIGITECH PRIVATE LIMITED) is restricted only to provide a valid refund to the extent of the payment received by us. CASPay (ETAHLIANS DIGITECH PRIVATE LIMITED) is not responsible for any consequential liability or claim that may be associated with the failure of the services of our system.
- A user should accept that the CASPay (ETAHLIANS DIGITECH PRIVATE LIMITED) refund policy is subject to the stated terms and conditions of the user agreement of the website.
